A factory built on precision.

Founded in 2012 in the rolling hills of Lamphun, Thailand, RGA Diamond is the dedicated cutting and polishing facility of GLD Diamonds. Built on the most advanced computer-aided diamond technologies and lean manufacturing principles, RGA owns and operates every step of the value chain — from the planning of a rough stone to the final inspection of a calibrated, polished diamond.

What makes RGA different is total control. Every diamond is cut, calibrated, and inspected in-house under uncompromising quality standards, ensuring rapid turnaround, absolute confidentiality, and a tailored experience for clients ranging from luxury maisons to independent designers.

Heritage

A family legacy. One standard.

RGA's story begins with one man — Haim Giladi — who built his name in the diamond trade through integrity, precision, and a quiet obsession with detail. In 2010, alongside his three sons Ron, Gil, and Adi, he founded GLD Diamonds in Ramat Gan, Israel.

Two years later, in 2012, the family opened RGA — a state-of-the-art factory in Thailand designed from day one around advanced cutting technology and lean manufacturing.
